Car stays in the 20~30db range, with conversation being louder than ambient noise! Impossible to have known this without this App for cellphone.

Downloaded several decibel meters at the same time. Tried each one. This one is completely unresponsive, with no way to turn on microphone or off microphone, no way to register any noise whatsoever on any meter that it shows on the screen. Non-functional.I thought Apple tested these before allowing them on their app store.
