I’ll preface this by saying 2 things. 1) I almost never leave reviews, and 2) A two day exchange earned them a loyal user for the foreseeable future. Like most, I am very eager and thorough when vetting new apps, and this was no exception. After learning of a web app, I gave it a go and to my dismay found it did not sync accounts across from iOS to web. I decided to send an email to the help desk, with high hopes but low expectations (as conditioned by experiences with other customer services that don’t follow through).To my joy and surprise, I got not only a follow up email within 24 hours, but continued exchanges AND a SOLUTION that resulted in updates to the app itself, WITHIN 48 hours. Not only was the speed noteworthy, but the genuine interest and care for customers, and that was from one of the founders, Cem, themselves. This app may still be developing, but it’s already immensely useful, and with that attention to detail and desire to improve, I’m eager to see where it ends up. A great team & great app!

I just downloaded this yesterday so I’m still fumbling. I tested it with a Spanish class and was very impressed. I can see that this will become a go-to app. I have one concern and one observation. First, I can find no means to delete an unwanted set of notes. My first attempt was merely a trial run, but it appears that it may exist on the app through all eternity. The video instructions, like all such videos, passed by at the speed of light so it was necessary to review it a number of times. That was no problem, but I noticed that the example of test taking result in a grade of F. I hope the student improved on future tests.

I've been using TLDL AI Notes for a while now, and it has truly transformed how I manage and process information. The app's ability to automatically summarize long audio and video content into concise, easy-to-digest notes is a game changer, especially for busy days when I need to extract key points quickly.What I Like:- The AI does an excellent job capturing essential details without losing context, which saves me so much time.- The interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly. It’s easy to navigate, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy.- It integrates seamlessly with the platforms I use, allowing me to take notes effortlessly without constantly switching apps. What Could Be Improved:- I’d love to see more customization options for note formatting. For example, being able to highlight or categorize sections of the AI-generated notes would be great.- Occasionally, the AI misses some nuanced points in more complex conversations, but overall it’s still incredibly accurate.Overall:TLDL AI Notes is a great productivity tool that I can’t recommend enough. It has saved me hours of time, and I’m excited to see how the app continues to evolve with future updates. Looking forward to trying out the premium version!
