General optimization for more stable performance

In the new version of the mobile application: * Updated navigation with quick access to sections, * Optimized process of filling a payment order, the ability to sign documents using Touch ID / Face ID (with PayControl application), * The main screen contains all the most necessary information, including account balances, its decryption and tape of operations, * Ability to sign and send foreign currency payment orders, * Full international details for foreign currency accounts are available.

In new version of the mobile application: * Renewed navigation with quick access to sections is realized.
