There are a lot of people with very high anxiety and can’t do anything about it……. Well I’m one of them. But all I can say to you is, you are loved, you are calm, you are secure, you are grounded. And always remember that you mean the world to everyone you know, even tho you what you are going through right now is hard, you got this! You can get through it! ❤️❤️❤️

I find it so difficult to get to sleep. My mind constantly racing thinking about the day behind me and the day to come. This app has helped me so much, the sleep sounds are great and calming. It really helps me declutter my mind and get rest!

I can’t believe I fell asleep to this last night. I usually never listen to calming sounds because I always assumed they never worked,I feel asleep 2 minutes after listening 😳

Hello so this app is soo relaxing to me since I get my anxiety but also I just don’t like that I have to pay so I can have more music and breathing to do..If it was free I would of been happy but after all this app is so free
