Nice game but freezes constantly…

My daughter really loves this game and the multiverse appeal of changing to different worlds. But something needs to be updated because there is some bug that causes the game to freeze where nothing works anymore. You can move left to right but you can’t pick anything up and move it. You can’t use the elevator function on the floor you get to then you’re stuck there. It’s been working for the first 20 minutes but then something happens for the game to freeze up. I don’t know if anyone has addressed this but for an app that’s over $50 I’m very disappointed this hasn’t been fixed yet. Please someone look into it so we can keep our subscription, or I’m going to have to end it.

Back then I loved to play this because I wouldn’t have to pay because of course I’m a kid and i don’t like to spend a bunch of my parents money just for useless things. But now we have to pay?! What kind of game is this where you have to pay to play especially when just some few years I’ll get bored and delete it?! BRING BACK THE OLD APP no skidos this game was fun until you made an update. AND NO I DONT HAVE KIDS IM 11 years old and never want to pay. Come and talk to me when you updated the app to NOT pay.

I hate this_game 😩💀

Back then I loved to play this because I wouldn’t have to pay because of course I’m a kid and i don’t like to spend a bunch of my parents money just for useless things. But now we have to pay?! What kind of game is this where you have to pay to play especially when just some few years I’ll get bored and delete it?! BRING BACK THE OLD APP no skidos this game was fun until you made an update. So I know I’m too old for this game anyways, but I remember a few years ago I tried to play it and it was really really fun. I have been searching for this game for like months now, and I finally found it. But when I got in, it said I had to pay for a pass? I never had to pay a few years ago. I’m really disappointed, I was so excited to finally play this game, only to find I needed some stupid pass just to play it.
