My grandkids love these puzzles so paid to open the additional ones. Now that we have a new iPad the ones I paid for are locked. Even though under in app purchases it shows that I paid for it. I try to go to the app support but it wouldn't open. Therefore I'm hoping this review will get a response to enable to me to get the locked puzzles open on my new iPad. As this problem is very frustrating to the kids. Love,the ability to change background and change number of pieces. Would be a five star if I could have gotten some support.Randomly found the answer to this problem. All better ! Now a 5

My two toddler boys absolutely love this app. I have a 3 year old that has always been very good with puzzles and would figure out any new one we got him the first time he did it and than be bored. Now with this app I don't have to spend money on buying him new puzzles that just sit after the first time of doing it. He is able to unlock more and challenge himself. And it's great to add more pieces or keep it easier for my two year old! Perfect for us!!

I purchased the full app to get all the puzzles. I got a new phone but can’t seem to transfer what I paid for. I went to support contact but it takes you to Facebook and then says the page doesn’t exist. I hope someone sees this and let’s me know how to transfer my purchase. Good app but loss due to customer service.

I like that you can change the number of pieces for each puzzle from 4 to 49 pieces to make it easier or harder depending on the child's skill level and you can also remove the background image help and make it like you are doing a regular puzzle on the kitchen table.
