Young Perspectives – Your Tour Through the Museum A new feature in the JMB app: With “Young Perspectives – Your Tour Through the Museum”, the Jewish Museum Berlin offers young people a new opportunity to explore the permanent exhibition on their own. The free interactive media guide invites visitors to explore the museum on their own or with friends or family – and discover exciting stories about Jewish life and culture in the past and present. “Young Perspectives” is available in German and English. The tour takes visitors to ten stations, which are varied in terms of theme and form and are consistently told from the perspective of young people. Each station offers four different approaches and gives users the freedom to discover the museum in their own way. The tour combines knowledge with personal stories and brings Jewish history and the present to life from a young perspective. Young people can draw parallels to their own lives and experience the museum as a place that speaks directly to them. “Young Perspectives” is an attractive alternative to traditional guided tours or workshops. Thanks to freely available Wi-Fi on site, the content can be easily accessed using your own smartphone and headphones.
