The app actually worked and is in English. I even checked in with it. But when I went to the airport they said I still need to line up to get a boarding pass. They won’t let me use the boarding pass that was downloaded on my phone. So what good is the app? I’ll be deleting the app as soon as I’m on the plane.

This is easily the worst travel app I have ever used. As an English speaker it is almost impossible to navigate as it only displays in Mandarin when you open it. Once you do eventually find an English menu the app is not mobile friendly, so navigating it on an iPhone 16 pro is extremely cumbersome. The app often requires you to perform sliding motions instead of just clicking on choices. Finally, often times the act just freezes and provides no feedback as to why it won’t process a choice. Whoever programmed this app should be fired immediately.

I open app it’s all in Chinese, where is English option when I cannot read Chinese. I had to ask a Chinese person to translate the menu options to switch to English. Also it doesn’t function anyways. I couldn’t add my booking to the app. For all airline apps you only need a last name on the booking and a confirmation number. Even I provided all the requested information still couldn’t add my flight to the app asks me to create account. Useless.
