Health Notebook is an app that allows you to easily manage your daily blood pressure, heart rate, weight, sleeping time and number of steps, walking distance, speed.
You can see the entered data in a graph on a weekly, monthly, 6-month, or yearly basis.
The blood pressure notebook distributed at hospitals has a very small area to fill in, which is troublesome, so you just skip the measurement.
This app is perfect for you.
It is also possible to check things like daily medication, which people tend to forget.
In addition, there is a chat function with AI, so you can also have a simple health consultation.
Graphs can be printed, sent by email, and saved so they can be presented to your doctor.
However, the printer must support AirPrint.
Step length is a barometer of health. Check your daily step length and maintain your health.
Since the data can be saved in iCloud, the data can be used as it is even if the model of the device is changed.
The number of steps, walking distance and speed are obtained from Apple's health care app.
Note) You cannot get the number of steps on your iPad.
If you are using A & D's UA-6651BLE Plus blood pressure monitor, you can automatically import your blood pressure and heart rate to your iPhone / iPad via a Bluetooth connection.
