购某非热门演唱会，800元的票，演唱会是「先付先抢」模式，付款后该垃圾app先拖延了两个礼拜多，然后短信通知了抢座开始时间，**未提示抢座结束时间**。在app选座开始后仅仅**一小时**就默默关闭选座功能，随后强行随机座位出票（此时大部分座位仍未被选，讽刺的是甚至一星期后该票种仍有同价位更好的前排余票在售）。本人在高铁上信号不佳，看到了座位未能成功提交，抢座关闭后第一时间联系客服，客服宛如智障，答非所问纯属搞笑。一星差评！When I bought a concert ticket in this app, the app promised me that I can choose a seat based on the order of payment. After 2 weeks waiting, the app finally informed me to choose a preferred seat by app. I was on a train with poor cellular network that I could see the candidate seats but failed to submit my choice. Without being informed, ONLY ONE HOUR LATER, the app closed the seats choice function for all (paid) people and assigned me a random seat (really bad position). Then they just continued to sell remaining good seats on their app. The customer service was helpless with this problem. I fell be fooled! Really disappointed!

Arrogant and procrastinating, with rude customer service. A significant portion of the money is taken through unreasonable terms. They lack humanity and are like vampires. Even when someone passes away, they refuse to refund the ticket. They are worse than animals.

The app always crashed when I tried to purchase tickets. Couldn’t come up with an app that has worse experience than damai. I tried to buy tickets 5 times and failed all of them.

The whole website just crashes when buying the tickets.
