I rarely write reviews but I am quite impressed with how easy it was to set up and start using this app. The layout of the app is simple and functional. The features are all easy to use, even for a non tech savvy person like myself.
In a world of mobile apps, where so many don’t offer any kind of instruction or direction, this is a great example of how easy things could (& should) be!

Poor customer service

I purchased a camera that was compatible with this app. Upon trying to set it up, I realized that it wasn’t going to work for me. I had to return the camera the same day that I purchased it. The subscription for this app was canceled minutes after the purchase because I could not use the product and the app refuses to give me a refund. Now I’m being charged for a year and I’m not even able to use the app. It’s unfair and that’s poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
