### Adaptive Pomodoro
The Pomodoro technique has been proven to improve productivity and reduce procrastination. The core idea of this technique is to intersperse focused work with short breaks, giving your brain time to refresh and maximizing the benefits of both focused and diffused thinking.
However, no evidence supports that the famous 25-minute work and 5-minute break pattern is a one-size-fits-all best practice. In fact, different people have different tendencies, and different tasks require different strategies.
Flow Clock encourages you to adapt the Pomodoro technique to your specific needs, freeing you from rigid protocols and complex tools. You can set each focus session to anywhere between 10–60 minutes, or even forget about the time limit, tailoring it to the specific task and your unique work pattern.
The neat and minimal design aims not only for aesthetics but also for an easy and efficient experience.
