Minesweeper is a single-player puzzle game. The objective of the game is to clear a rectangular board containing hidden "mines" without detonating any of them, with help from clues about the number of neighboring mines in each field. The goal of the game is to uncover all the squares that do not contain mines without being "blown up" by clicking on a square with a mine underneath. The location of the mines is discovered by a process of logic. Clicking on the game board will reveal what is hidden underneath the chosen square or squares (a large number of blank squares may be revealed in one go if they are adjacent to each other). Some squares are blank but some contain numbers (1 to 8), each number being the number of mines adjacent to the uncovered square. To help avoid hitting a mine, the location of a suspected mine can be marked by flagging it with the right mouse button. The game is won once all blank squares have been uncovered without hitting a mine, any remaining mines not identified by flags being automatically flagged by the computer. However, in the event that a game is lost and the player mistakenly flags a safe square, that square will either appear with a red X covering the mine (denoting it as safe), or just a red X (also denoting it as safe). The game board comes in three set sizes: beginner, intermediate, and expert, though a custom option is available as well.

Great game, but.......... technical issues

I really enjoy the game, but I’ve never been able to complete a game because the screen will blackout and restart the game.. oh well, it keeps my mind occupied for a few minutes

I really enjoyed playing the Beginner level to get a feel for the game (and to remind me how to play it) but when I switched to the Medium level, I was disappointed when I realized the grid would force me to scroll around but even more disappointed when scrolling would cause the app to crash.
Only works in Beginner mode

It’s a shame only the beginning level works because it is a fun game. It crashes on medium and hard level though.

Pretty darn fast. I can sometimes get into the game about 4 moves and bye-bye. Have to start over. This is not that hard of a game that is has to crash all the time. Almost time to delete it. I can't advance past the easy stage, otherwise it dumps.
