未病指標（ME-BYO INDEX）とは
「未病指標（ME-BYO INDEX)」とは、自分が「健康」と「病気」のグラデーションのどこにいるのか、生活習慣、認知機能、生活機能、メンタルヘルス・ストレスの４つの領域から、あなたの現在の未病の状態を数値等で「見える化」するものです。
実際に未病指標を利用したい方は、神奈川県が運営するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「マイME-BYOカルテ」をダウンロードし、ME-BYO INDEXから15個の項目を測定・入力することで、あなたの未病の状態を100点満点で確認することができます。
