The fact that the app is free but in order to even use it you need to pay is stupid. Why don’t make a version with adds and that’s it? Horrible app

Don’t download this app. They have a terrible customer service that doesn’t know what’s wrong with your package, and the fact they said you can write instructions on how to deliver your package, there’s nowhere to write it and when you do their customer service team by text they just repeat the same thing over and over as if you don’t get it.

I hit free subscribe… but the regular FedEx app will let you track your package anyway and then I noticed it said it was going to charge me seven dollars a month for this particular app so it was a three day trial and then they were going to charge me I went into cancel the subscription and it said operation unavailable so I was stuck having to pay for it until I contacted Apple.

This app has copied the Aftership app logo, which is free. They give a 3 day trial, then charge $9.99 a week. Seriously? I don’t think so and am deleting this app after I post this review. I also consider it a scam. If you have Apple. You can fight it. If you do try this for some reason. Cancel the membership after starting it. It will still give you 3 days.
