This app is so helpful if you have a hard time focusing for long periods of time. One suggestion I would recommend is to add a feature that provides helpful tips on what to do during your break. The tips should suggest activities you can do during your break that can help you feel more mentally restored and ready to tackle your next task after your break!

I’m an adult diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year. I just started using this timer yesterday during my WFH job and can’t believe how effective it is! I would struggle doing a task and then less than 5 minutes later go to scrolling through my phone or finding something else that distracts me from my job. This timer kept me so focused on my work and achieved more work done.

A lot of these things are usually a vehicle for a bunch of dumb ads that ultimately defeat the purpose. Focus Keeper actually follows through on its promise! It’s a simple clean interface that helps you Pomodoro effectively. Whenever I use it, I wind up having more energy at the end of my day and feel more effective in the long run even with additional brakes!!

I have it set to 25 minutes of focused study followed by a 5-minute break, and it’s been super effective for staying on track without burning out. It gives me just enough time to dive into a topic, while the short breaks help my brain absorb the information. I’ve had this app for a few years now, and it’s been incredibly helpful.
