主観、客観の両面から疲労やストレスの状態を測定します。
１. 客観データの測定
バイタルモニタVM500にて測定した心拍変動データはBluetooh LEを使ってiOS端末に送信され、その内容を専用のサーバーにて解析し、その評価結果をiOS端末上に表示します。
この内容は測定者の自律神経の状況を表しており、心拍変動（心臓の1拍1拍の変化）を一定時間測定し、そのデータを解析することにより以下の数値を導出します。
①交感神経と副交感神経のバランス
②自律神経の活動量
これらの数値から客観的な疲労・ストレスの状態を判定します。
２. 主観データの測定
VAS形式（Visual Analog Scale）による疲労・ストレス問診票が組み込まれております。
３. 情報の取得について
お客様は、以下の内容を理解し、同意の上、「Dr. HIROU（疲労・ストレス測定）」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）をインストールし、利用致します。
3-1.株式会社疲労科学研究所（以下「当社」といいます。）は、お客様の自律神経を測定し、疲労度を見える化する目的で、お客様の以下の情報（以下「お客様情報」といいます。）を取得し、利用致します。
①性別
②生年月日
③脈波
④心拍波
3-2.当社は、前項に定める目的のほか、以下に定める研究目的で、取得したお客様情報を利用することがあります。
①年齢と自律神経の関連に関する研究
②男性と女性の自律神経活動の違いに関する研究
