每个牌手在开局时发2张底牌，进行第一轮押注。发 3张公共牌后进行第二轮押注；之后两轮中，每轮发一张公共牌并进行1次押注。押注结束后所有剩余玩家从手里的2张底牌和5张公共牌中，选出5张组合成最大的牌组进行比牌，最大者赢得底池。
牌组大小规则：同花顺＞四条＞葫芦＞同花＞顺子＞三条＞两对＞一对＞单牌。
