Like I said in the title! I was searching for an app like this and downloaded a couple others, which were all TERRIBLE compared to this one. This one was just what I was looking for. I feel like it's a bit tricky to get a hang of the controls, but once you figure out which tab does what, it's pretty sweet. Does exactly what I wanted it for, the recoloring. I haven't used it for super fine detailed stuff, but it kinda zooms in on the brush while you're using it, plus you can zoom in (just remember to hit undo after you zoom bc I've had the problem where when I zoom in it makes a dot of whatever brush I'm using), plus you can also adjust brush size, so I think it would work for tiny details too! Anyway, I recommend this app to anyone who wants to mess with colors of photos!

Every other app charges you to do exactly what this app allows you to do for free. And this app allows you to do it better than all the rest. You can pick any color you want and don't have to use the slide bar at the bottom. Just click on the color pallet at the top and use the levels button on the bottom right to select any color. I used it too see what a different color would look like on the shutters and front door of my house.

It does basically what I need it to do. The scribble tool is very good - I love that I can mark areas to select and then refine it with the anti-selection marks. It does a good job finding edges. I also LOVE the detail view on the top left showing the area that you’re marking. It’s impossible to see the spot you’re touching, because your finger covers it, but its also the most important thing to see, because it’s what you’re selecting! I love that this app has recreates that critical area in a viewable location in an intuitive way. I wish there was a way to make the colors darker (when changing a very light pink surface, black becomes a very light grey, when what I was looking for was darkening), but for most basic color changing purposes, it works! The other thing I wish for is a setting to give a feathering radius to the area selection. As is, my color-edited area from the scribble tool is very pixelated. Maybe this feature exists, but if it does, I couldn’t find it. Overall, I’m happy with it for my purposes.

Color Changer is and application that allow the user to duo tone the image. Giving options on black and white as well as the color feature. The eraser works as a correction tool for the background. And the application is easy to use, also there is a save image feature that places the image into your photo album.
