I have had terrible sleep for 15 years. Never believed in mindfulness or meditation. Until I tried this app. Got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and knew I had to try something. It really worked I sleep exactly now and wake refreshed whereas before I woke tired no matter how many hours sleep I got. I was not getting proper good quality sleep. Well I am now and as an added bonus I have lost 2 stone over 6 months and the only thing I have changed is my sleep pattern

I have had terrible sleep for 15 years. Never believed in mindfulness or meditation. Until I tried this app. Got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and knew I had to try something. It really worked I sleep exactly now and wake refreshed whereas before I woke tired no matter how many hours sleep I got. I was not getting proper good quality sleep. Well I am now and as an added bonus I have lost 2 stone over 6 months and the only thing I have changed is my sleep pattern

Unhappy user of paid service
I’ve been tracking sleep for several months but after the last update it won’t open. Goes to welcome page and then nothing, second page that displays features but then can’t move past.Update- I was able to figure out a workaround to get the app working again. The tracking is consistent and provides great information on sleep and snoring with good explanation of data. I’m not sure of it picks up sleep movement that accurately but that could be that I keep the phone on the nightstand.

The main problem being that I paid for the subscription but can’t see any of the paid features. The app is telling me that I need to upgrade my account to use them, which I’ve already done.Other problems include; showing tips in a language I don’t understand, not describing what the “sleep age” age score means anywhere, not being able to pause the sleep tracker, saying the I need to have three nights of use in order to see certain information, which I had.It seemed like a decent app, which is why I signed up for a sub, but it’s not fully baked. Maybe they’ll keep working on it and fix the bugs that keep it from being usable.
