For a free dietary planning app this one is pretty good. I have to enter in a lot of my food manually because I don’t use the recipes, but I still enjoy the recipes. It gives lots of options and makes tracking really easy. I especially like the scales that track my carbs, fats and proteins. It helps me visualize the proportions I’m using
