Whabreeze helps users practice the 4-7-8 breathing technique (breathing in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds) while listening to the beautiful music from the nature.
This practice can slow your heart rate and lower your blood pressure and thus keeps your mind calm from the anxiety and stress.
Users can practice whenever and wherever suits them and as long as they need.
