Love simple and to the point

By the time I’m on my 7th repeat
I feel peace calm ready to sleep importantly
I haven’t looked at all the music options yet because of my busy schedule but I hope they have alpha gamma theta beta frequencies!!!
Breath is just like movement they both are medicine.
Especially rest hehe .

Sounds nice, doesn’t do anything

Tells you to breathe in, hold it & breathe out a few times. There’s a babbling brook noise . If you have actual insomnia this is going to do exactly nothing to help you.
