Uploaded a selfie during onboarding, unlocked lifetime version, results were still blurred out so I started a new analysis and uploaded the selfie again, results were still blurred out. Tried closing and reopening. Tried a different feature [makeup look] but it asked me to unlock to see, I couldn’t click on the unlock buttonEdit: Changed the rating because the developer got the app updated and now everything works

Lighting in photos can affect the analysis, so I recommend using natural light when uploading a photo plus you can do unlimited color analysis so please try with few different photos to get the best result. Your suggestion to view all color groups independently is great—We'll add this in future update. Turns out I'm Dark Autumn, and it actually makes a lot of sense. Loved the color and lipsticks suggestions and would definitely try it out when I go to the store next. However, the makeup feature doesn't seem to be working for me? It kept saying that the "Image is not detected properly" for every one I used. Other than that though, I enjoyed the app!
