Not that flexible to set up what I wanted. But it will do to set up my working schedule, however; this kind of disabled the function of my iPhone Calender!

Big Red Ballz
As far as keeping track of the days you work, it does that and its easy to manage. 2 things I wish this app would do;1. Display the days you mark from the months before and after the month you looking at. 2. Be able to color mark multiple agendas for one day. Other than that, its a good app.

Too complicated

If you want to sit down and inter day by day (and even that is complicated) you might use this successfully but for me it's too involved could not figure out how to make the recurrence templates and there was no instruction on the useage. Just needed a way to keep track of schedule for help with my mom and this definitely did not lower the stress level.

Keeps crashing, no year view

It is a great concept and I like the ease of putting my rotating shift schedule on there. It has continually crashed on me when I am editing the calendar and you can't pull up a yearly view forcing you to wade through each month if you need to look ahead and plan something.
