Fun, ads are short, can play with no WiFi

Fun and satisfying! It gets more challenging as you progress levels. The ads are not long and not constant. You can play it in airplane mode. I really like it! I wish there were ways to get new backgrounds, and that it was easier to collect rewards, but for a game that I can play with no WiFi and that doesn’t have frustratingly incessant ads, I’ll take it as is; it’s fun!

Could Have Been a 5* rating

So, I’ve been trying out all the different nuts and bolts games because the concept intrigues me and it is fun to play. However, they all seem to get stuck in a pattern of demanding exorbitant amounts of your time to watch ads or else they chance to purchase a help was too high. At first, this one seem to be different. While there were still plenty of commercials that you could watch, you didn’t have to watch them to complete most levels then around level 100 or 110, I can’t remember exactly, it started taking the screws and locking some of those in place where you had to watch an ad or spend 150 coins to release it. This was also right about the time where it started getting really buggy and crashing, which meant the loss of the coins that you had spent to unlock the screw or the waste of your time if you chose to watch the ad.

Game ends at Level 750

It’s glitchy, and the ads can be overwhelming. I played this game while watching tv or doing something else whenever a 60 second or longer ad appeared. Turning off WiFi limits your ability to use perks, so that doesn’t always help. Also, sometimes the ads glitch and crash the game.

But…the game gets easier and the levels design gets repetitive in the later levels. I found that later in the evening, most ads were 15 seconds or less, and that made it easier to deal with levels that were more difficult.

I didn’t spend any money on this game (but saw so many ads!) and made it to the end, for now. Completing level 750 prompts you to “ask for more levels”, so let me have them :)
