I've always considered myself somewhat fit… Lots of running, when I was younger, walking when I golf, etc., but flexibility has always been a problem. This is just what I need to help me to be able to continue to feel younger than my 70 years old,and continue with physical activity much longer into my retirement! I've done yoga, but Pilates seems to involve me more!
