Dr.Listen is a remote self-assessment and mental health management service that helps you easily check and manage not only mental health issues like depression but also lifestyle habits such as exercise, alcohol consumption, sleep, and diet.

Discover aspects of your mental state that even you might not be aware of. Dr.Listen offers various self-assessment tests to help you accurately identify your mental health status. We provide analysis results for those curious about their current condition, including depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, stress, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, sleep disorders, and more.
2. Lifestyle Habit Management
Evaluate lifestyle habits that heavily impact your mental health. You can check and analyze habits such as diet, exercise, sleep, and alcohol consumption, with guides provided for better management.
3. Track Progress Over Time
Instead of one-off evaluations, you can monitor your results from past assessments and analyze trends over time.
4. Versatile Recording Features
