Math Land is an educational video game for children and adults. With it they will learn and obtain reinforcement for the main mathematical operations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, sorting from higher to lower, division, and negative numbers. It is not just a math app—it's a real educational adventure! GAME PLOT An evil pirate, Max, has stolen the sacred gems and has cursed the islands filling them with obstacles and traps. Help Ray, our pirate, find the gems and restore the natural order of things. Navigate your ship through the seas to get them, but remember: you will need a spyglass to discover new islands. Solve fun math games to get them: addition, subtraction, numbering, multiplication tables, and division. The islanders need you! EVERY ISLAND IS AN ADVENTURE Have fun with over 25 levels and negotiate all kinds of obstacles in order to get to the chest that holds the gem. It will be a real adventure—you'll have to deal with quicksand, bewitched parrots, volcanoes with lava, puzzle games, magic doors, funny carnivorous plants, etc. It will surprise you! EDUCATIONAL CONTENT For children aged 5-6: * Learning to add and subtract with very small numbers and amounts (1 to 10). * Sorting numbers from higher to lower (1 to 10). * Sorting numbers from lower to higher (1 to 10). * Reinforcing mental arithmetic with already learned additions and subtractions. For children aged 7-8: * Learning to add and subtract with larger numbers and amounts (1 to 20). * Getting started on learning multiplication tables (the learning of multiplication tables will be done gradually in order to track the children's progress). * Sorting numbers from higher to lower (1 to 50). * Sorting numbers from lower to higher (1 to 50). * Developing mental arithmetic with educational games based on addition, subtraction, and multiplication tables. For children aged 9+ and adults: * More complex additions and subtractions, teaching mental association of numbers with different arithmetic strategies (adding and subtracting). * Reinforcing the learning of all multiplication tables (multiplications). * Sorting numbers from higher to lower and vice versa, including negative numbers. * Learning mathematical operations with negative numbers. * Mental division. * Developing advanced mental arithmetic with additions, subtractions, multiplications, and divisions. My teacher told me to get a math game so I asked my mom if I could get it when I started it it was fun but there’s only a few islands before it cost’s money so my mom told me to save my money otherwise this game is awesome👾

I 100 percent recommend
I am now twelve and played the game when I was younger we had a lg tablet or something and it was really old when I downloaded the game. We ended up not ever getting it to work again or even turn on so all my progress was deleted and I never redownloaded it when we got an iPad. I forgot about it until recently and was like oh I remember the math pirate game with the math scrolls. So when math pirates didn’t work in the App Store I went into google and searched up math pirate online game and looked until I found the beloved math land game that was my obsession years before. I (re)introduced the game to my three younger brothers 4, 5, and 10 and the ten year old slightly remembered it and my 5 almost six year old brother going into first grade already asked to keep my phone so he could play since their shared phone is out of memory and the four year old is an iPad kid and didn’t even look this way and is currently playing Minecraft as we’re driving to Virginia. We love the game and I will be recommending it to other parents at my brother’s school. Upmost respect and thanks to the founders/creaters/etc.

Arrrgh!!
My son loves the game and made it up to island 12. After this, it required the payment of $2.99. I thought sure, he loves it so much and it will open up many more islands. I WAS WRONG! In the end, he could play 14 more islands and that was it.Not worth the money for so few islands! My advice, have your kiddos play the free version and save the money.
