I love this game. All the sounds are so beautiful and I love how no audible dialogue exists except the sounds exchanged by both of the sides. It’s such a gorgeous game, and I wish it was longer. I finished this game in the span of 25 minutes, but it was worth every second. I just really wish it was a long game. You could add a feature of along with making sounds the same, letting the character figure out what everything means and improving the island and finding food. I think this game is one of the best games I’ve played in my entire life. It’s so calming, and all I wish is that the game was longer and got updates that lengthened the game. I think this game is so pretty, so good, and it’s officially one of my favorite games. Finding the harmonious sounds and rhythm between islands is so fun. If this game was longer, I think I would be the happiest person ever!

I had fun playing, but I found myself wishing there was more to discover. The note in the house was hinting to more storyline… so it was a bit disappointing to get to the credits shortly after finding it. The art is beautiful, the soundtrack is amazing, the concept is great. I just think there could be more to the game than there is, like more levels, or being able to store items in some kind of cute base, maybe meeting whatever is making the other sounds. I think it would be cool if that was the objective, to find this person using what you learn along the way, like pieces in a puzzle. The house was a little tricky to walk through because some of the furniture wouldn’t let you go through, I thought I was stuck near the picture frame at one point. But overall, I still enjoyed it, worth playing even if it’s quite simple. I get you may be trying to be appealing to children but it might be too much trial and error for them.

The game has a pleasant, calming aesthetic and atmosphere and simple, pretty art, but that’s where its positive aspects end. The game was way too short (literally got it done in under 10 minutes), too short for you to even enjoy the experience. The gameplay was painfully slow and boring. The inventory system is unintuitive, hindering your ability to experiment with items because when you drop one, you have to walk all the way back to where you first found it to interact with it again. The house was frustrating to navigate in because the hitboxes for the furniture were not placed correctly, and the little “lore” tidbits were useless and boring.

I feel like this game had a creative premise and good potential, but it is clear that there was no direction or thought put into the story and gameplay of the game. It’s barely a puzzle game, let alone a game at all.

The positive reviews are such overkill and it’s clear these people don’t know how to objectively rate video games. Guys, pretty art does NOT equal a good game whether you like it or not 😂
