the backup guide worked on my ancient iPad running iOS 10.3 and was not bad for a free introduction to relevant topics. now i see that on my new, up-to-date iPad it flashes the opening screen and then vanishes, returning to the home screen. i’m guessing it hasn’t been maintained in years and has become incompatible with current OS versions?

I’m also having the same problems as everyone else. It will act as if it going to open and then it just goes away. What is the problem.
