Blurry : Blur photo editor is all in one motion effect app. This app can be helpful in a situation where you want to hide faces of your or other people in pictures. You can censor someone's face in image and save it to your gallery. With this tool you can even hide multiple faces in a picture. All you need to do is select image from gallery or capture photo and proceed with face tool. Much easy process
