Accurate but frustrating

I've used it for a few days and it does seem more accurate than other sound-based apps I've used, but not very reliable in other ways: It's frustrating when you wake up to a session error saying that the report could not be made, making you lose an entire night's data. There is also no info given for why there are session errors, making it impossible to know if you need to fix anything on your own end. I am a chronically ill person with a sleep disorder and having data helps me to compare different interventions I try, and helps me to plan for my day to avoid health crashes. Losing data makes all of this harder for me.

I cannot find a manual, instructions, a guide, knowledge base, support website, or even a user discussion forum. (There is a support website in Korean, but the developers have not bothered to translate it into English or any other languages.) I do not understand why app developers even bother to produce apps without providing information users need to use them. This is a shame because this app's functionality was best overall compared to 10 other consumer sleep trackers (e.g., Oura ring) in a scientific article published in a peer-reviewed medical journal. But that was two years ago and it looks like the developers don't know how to develop an app for the public.
