I tried to watch a ad for free a diamond but it wouldn’t load in my diamond. I also saw a another person with the issue and want to know if you could please resolve the issue please. At first it was working but after I loaded back on the app and tried to get diamonds it wasn’t giving me it. Please fix.

I tried to watch a ad for free a diamond but it wouldn’t load in my diamond. I also saw a another person with the issue and want to know if you could please resolve the issue please. After the new updates, I found there’s no way to get the 10 free diamonds for a day. Please fix it.(Before the update, it worked, so there might be a technical issue.)The stories are good and I don’t mind buying some diamonds but I still want some free diamonds to lower my burden on money.
