Poor game glitches cost you real money

Game of kings has the poorest customer service out there. For a game that pushes its players to spend money. It does a terrible job at ensuring the functionality of your account. Peace shields don’t activate when used, reinforcements sent home while being attacked. Accounts being trapped in kingdoms they didn’t originate from. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Money spenders aren’t protected in anyway. After the game glitches GOK will give you 10k-20k gold for your troubles. But, never assist in actually fixing their mistakes. This game is not improving its functionality, just the way it gets people to spend money. The game packs aren’t worth it. The game is fixed to hurt spenders during KE and kvk. Many have written reviews just to have them removed. Madman games does not respond through its customer service. It has not been escalated. I have been writing The for 3 weeks about my account being trapped and my troops killed. Many players have been writing just to get no response. I hope this review shows the devs that we do have a voice and we will use it. Next one goes to the CEO!

I brought my alliance from GOW 4 years ago. We played GOW for 5 years before they got stupid with all the updates. Now GOK is about the same age and stages of bull crap they dish out to their loyal customers. Now they cancelled all kill events for the remainder of the year and push packs to buy for the latest garbage you’ll need to play. Latest IOS update locked players out of their accounts causing them get zeroed. Developers won’t even respond to requests for compensation for losses caused by the developers updates. This game is GOW all over again too. Total crap stay away! We’re all jumping ship to the next adventure. THIS GAME IS A COMPLETE JOKE and doesn’t even resemble the preview shown in the AP store. Nice try lightning studios but no cigar.

I’ve been playing gok for over 3 years, I played other games. GOK by far is better sure it has its issue but they are getting better, the glitch issue not that bad, their coming up with new events all be it not very good ones but their trying. As far as customer service their usually pretty good at getting back to you if not that day the very next day , the game is improving. I do have a little issue with catering to the big spenders it leaves the rest of us out in the cold. I love the game play compared to all the others, heck some games you can’t get a port unless you spend. Other games limit what you can do in your castles GOK don’t . Thanks for the ear .... scuba

I downloaded this game a few days ago. I spent some money with the packages got up all my buildings did all the work I log out a couple of days later I go back in to play in my avatars, changed to a black warrior and I’m a white guy that’s playing the game so I knew something happened. The Warriors name was the one I put, but my email address was changed. The password was changed I try to set a pin and then the next day the pin was changed you can’t speak to anybody to change it back to your original email address and they’re telling me that it wasn’t logged in from any other device that the one I’m on, so how did all this happen I WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD THIS IF IT’S THAT EASY TO HACK AN ACCOUNT and you get no help it’s not worth itSo I just received a comment back from this company and they’re telling me that I wasn’t hacked that it was through my phone. I’m the only one that has my phone number one number two I am not black in it. That’s not my email address so riddle me that but he has my name that I made the avatar reps in that picture is not me, so tell me that.

I downloaded this game a few days ago.
