Why is there no sound at all on this app? My daughter is 2 1/2, she loves to do the puzzles but it would be nice if there was sound so she could hear what the animals are called or whatever else is there for the games.

Dear customer, we don't charge anything, all the charges and billing procedures are run by Apple.And we don't have any lessons in the app. There are games in it. Are you sure you're writing about the right app?

Dear Lbroillet, it is not us, the developer, who lets or does not let you unsubscribe. Subscription is handled by Apple only and in all the apps in the same way. To unsubscribe go to your Apple ID, then Manage subscriptions. This is where you can unsubscribe from Smart Grow as well as any other app. Hope that helps. Thank you!
