・ 예약 서비스: 특정 날짜 및 시간에 택시 예약하기
예약 서비스는 사용자가 지정한 날짜와 시간에 자동으로 택시를 호출합니다. 예약은 15분 전부터 7일 전까지 가능합니다.
결제 시 택시 요금에 서비스 수수료가 추가로 부과됩니다.
*특정 도시 지역으로 이용이 제한되지만, 새로운 지역이 계속 추가되고 있습니다.

・ 공항 정액 요금제
집, 호텔, 기차역, 여행지 등 지정한 위치에서 공항까지 정액 요금을 적용받으세요. GO를 사용하면 미리 예약할 필요가 없습니다. 바로 택시를 부르고 싶을 때도 이 정액 요금제를 이용할 수 있습니다.
현재 도쿄 하네다/나리타 공항 탑승 시 사용 가능(도쿄 나리타는 공항 환승만 가능).

・ 이동 중 GO Pay로 현금 없이 요금 결제
앱에서 신용카드를 추가하고 택시에서 결제하기를 선택하면 자동으로 요금을 결제할 수 있습니다. 목적지에 도착하면 바로 하차하세요.
거스름돈이나 신용카드 결제로 시간을 낭비할 필요가 없습니다.

・ 사전 목적지 설정
이 기능을 사용하면 택시를 호출하면서 목적지를 미리 설정할 수 있습니다. 운전기사에게 목적지를 설명할 필요가 없으므로 일본어로 의사소통이 안 되더라도 걱정할 필요가 없습니다.

・ 확인 번호
택시가 도착하면 운전기사에게 이 번호를 알려주고 탑승하세요. 더 이상 택시를 잡은 뒤에 맞는 택시에 탔는지 걱정할 필요가 없습니다.

・ 팁 기능
팁으로 운전기사에게 감사의 마음을 전하세요. 운행이 끝나면 평점 화면 또는 GO 앱 메뉴의 ‘이용 내역/영수증’에서 팁을 줄 수 있습니다.

Nice Uber alternative in Japan

Used the Go app throughout the Mount Fuji area (kawaguchiko). Sleek and easy design. You can use your foreign credit card too! Only 2 areas of improvement are seeing the route while you ride (it only shows your location) and having more drivers available. Sometimes no drivers are working in the area and you can’t get a ride.

Still better than Uber which doesn’t operate in some non-urban areas. If Go is a local company, would be nice to support them and their drivers too.

Easy to use and affordable!

Taxi Go was a godsend for my wife and myself. We used it frequently in Kyoto, where taxis are everywhere! Super easy to use app and it worked with my Apple Credit Card which I liked (No foreign transaction fees). Getting from one temple/shrine to another can get tiring real quick in Kyoto. Taking a taxi makes things much less physically demanding and allows you to enjoy more of your day. We found the cost to be more than reasonable. Would recommend to ANYONE visiting Kyoto let alone Japan. Thank you!

Finally able to use the app after four years!

I’ve been living in Japan since 2019 but have been unable to use this app due to having a US phone number or lack of a Japanese credit card, etc. I was finally able to use this app with my US phone number and credit card!
I used it twice recently and FULLY intend to keep using it.

My only issue was with our first driver from this app dropping us off half a mile away from our requested destination (which wasn’t too different of a distance from our starting location to the end location anyways), but it could have been something we did incorrectly, so I’m not docking any stars and will assume it was just that one time.

This will be SUPER useful for any situations that may make it difficult to get to a train station on foot or otherwise. THANK YOU for listening to the feedback!
