Several years ago, I faithfully attended a Zumba class in person and saw massive benefits- I went twice a week & swore my pants were looser by Friday every week! After relocating, I tried another in-person class, and it just wasn’t the same. I have tried online Zumba before but didn’t love it either. I recently saw a Zumba App ad, and for some reason it spoke to me again. I decided to give the 7-day free trial a shot, and I am LOVING this! It’s reminding me of my first class I adored, but I am able to work out at home when my children are sleeping. Definitely feel like I’m getting my spark back!My one request is that each routine ended with a cool down/stretching song. Since I am a novice, I’m not sure how to best cool down & recover to prevent soreness & promote flexibility. Maybe there are options somewhere in the app, but I can’t find them.

Zumba is not a workout app I had in mind when trying to find something to do from home. But I really like the app. I like that I can cast it to my tv and that there’s a Zumba step counter, heart rate, and calorie counter for your Apple Watch that then goes into your fitness app. I think it’s great that they give video and plan recommendations based on what your goals are. I like that the workouts are guided. I really enjoyed finding out that not all the video are dance videos but I love the Zumba dance videos also. It’s just a lot of fun and I like the challenge but also that I can pick the intensity. There’s so much that surprised me about this app. I’m happy I gave it a try.

Since my last review it’s only gotten better, the new videos are amazing and we got more Izzy exercises since then! Liana’s tone stick workouts are so awesome! Honestly I’d like more of those too. Ugh everything here is awesome and did you know if you start the 6 week weight loss program that you receive over 100 recipes? I didn’t until recently. Now even though I love this app and tell everyone I know about it I kinda wish the Apple TV work outs counted on my phone’s work out tracker. But other than that get it!!! I have lost over 50lbs and I’m now focusing toning. Thanks to this app and my hard work.

This is the worse app and customer service. I requested a refund and explained that I never signed up for this service but $142 was taken from my account. They refuse to refund me and then proceed to tell me to cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged in the future. How in the world can I cancel something that I never signed up for and that I don’t know the login to it? As a single parent with 5 children this was a real blow to our family and I hope nobody in customer service has to experience something like this. That a lot of money to some and it could have put food on the table. Very sad that I am just out of this money. I am just in disbelief that they refuse to do anything about it.Who exactly do I contact I have been contacting them and they aren’t helping. They told me to cancel my subscription and I said how can I do that when l don’t even know my login and password?
