This casual restaurant management sim comes jam-packed with story, but you'll also need to manage your finances, upgrade your diner...and cook a whole lot of tasty food while you're at it! Here in this unremarkable, sleepy neighborhood in Tokyo, a worn old establishment named "Restaurant Sakura" has been warming hearts and filling bellies for generations. Recently reopened, it's got a whole new crowd of clientele to serve. They're an odd bunch, sure, and they all seem to have their share of troubles... But hey, maybe after a few good, tasty meals, they'll open up and share their stories with you, both happy and sad. Everyone's got that one meal they just can't forget, after all, and a hungry heart needs filling just as much as a hungry belly does. Whether you're a longtime fan of the series or a newcomer to Hungry Hearts, we hope this game brings you a smile, and perhaps some tears as well. ---------------------------------- 【Story】 ---------------------------------- On a tiny side street in a nameless little neighborhood of not quite modern Tokyo sits a small, unremarkable Japanese eatery. Above its weather-beaten door an old, faded sign reads: Restaurant Sakura Though long since out of vogue, here in Japan a "restaurant" is an eatery specializing in Western-style fusion food. Back before the era of flashy chain restaurants and snazzy bistros, the humble restaurant had its heyday. Now, well, Restaurant Sakura has seen better days. The taciturn old chef who ran this local fixture passed away the year before last. His kindly wife was about to close up shop for good when the couple's bright-eyed granddaughter stepped forward. With a heart full of determination, she swore to keep the place running and ensure her dear grandpa's recipes live on. Now, the pair are putting a new coat of paint on the place and getting ready for a grand reopening. Let's take a peek inside, and see how they're doing. While we're at it, maybe we should lend a hand. They sure look like they could use the help! ---------------------------------- So, let me guess. Love the game. One issue.

Hello devs! Hope all is well. The game is going great for me as well as usual. I’ve fallen in love with all your characters and stories per game. However, this newest one that came out, whenever I seem to watch ads, the game sound goes away completely. When I do watch an ad, it’s the only thing with sound, but then after the ad, the game has no music or sound. It might be nitpicking of me, but I would love to hear the music and game sounds after an ad. Just my small issue. Thank you for your time and this game!

Hello devs! Hope all is well. The game is going great for me as well as usual. I’ve fallen in love with all your characters and stories per game. The game is great to destress and relax, having a nice a story and music to listen to while you play the game. This game is a casual game, so if you are looking to min-max and complete the game quickly, you aren’t getting the full experience. There are a 2 main critiques that I want to talk about that. Which are:1 - Ads. It is fine to have an equivalent exchange where if I watch an ad I get something in return, but every 2-4 minutes an ad pops up which ruins my immersion and gets annoying very quickly. Also, having an ad at the bottom of the screen near where I have to click is also annoying which you can accidentally misclick or fat-finger.2 - Translations. Although you can get the gist of what the characters are talking about, it still seems out of place and often needs a couple seconds longer than necessary to understand what they talking about.Here are some recommendations that I feel can add more to the game:1 - Add more background songs. After playing for a while, the background theme felt stale and it would be great if you are able to buy some background songs with coins through decor as well.2 - Character design. It would also be great if you are able to design your character in different outfits to fit the design of the shop (including the grandma).

Yummy :3 This is such a great game and yes, I do like it better than Hungry Hearts Diner. All the recipes and the descriptions, too, are very engaging and this game brings me happiness. Even the otaku’s wallpaper. 😂 The concept of takeout brings this to a whole nother level. It actively encourages you to get new recipes. The characters, especially my favorites, are packed with personality. Tragic backstories are masked by a coating of happiness, sassiness, etc. The only complaint is that now I’m never getting a TV ad. I need the energy. Anyways, great game, so bye! 😘

You can speed through the game by watching ads or take it a bit slower and only deal with the very rare ad pop up.
