Needed to send a very important fax to SS. Purchased this app. Got a receipt from Apple for payment. Tried over and over to send fax. Kept telling me to purchase a plan. Told me to click back. Just kept returning me to my fax. Completely deleted app and reinstalled it. Same thing over and over and over. Canceled subscription but still charge for original. Garbage. Crap. Rip off. No way to contact them for assistance. Garbage.

Needed to send a very important fax to SS. Purchased this app. Got a receipt from Apple for payment. Tried over and over to send fax. Kept telling me to purchase a plan. Told me to click back. Just kept returning me to my fax. Completely deleted app and reinstalled it. Same thing over and over and over. Canceled subscription but still charge for original. Garbage. Crap. Rip off. No way to contact them for assistance. Garbage.
