I’m trying to get in using my Shaklee app. I was told that if I did that I would not need to sign in since it was linked and I was logged in to the one. When I try to log in it says my password is incorrect. I tried hitting forgot password it says I cannot reset my password here. How the heck am I supposed to get in.

The app is easy to use. I haven’t had any problems; seems stable. Great way to stay up to date with company events and changes. It’s super simple to post video and other content too.

I am also having difficulty logging in. It says my correct password is incorrect and I can change it or update it. I remember having this problem 2 years ago and gave up on using it.

I can never login as I have many corporate passwords and don’t know which one they are asking for
