This app was great until a few days ago. True I didn’t like that it didn’t show transactions for the credit cards, but overall not bad. The last few days I have been lock out of my account twice! I’ve tried resetting passwords and can’t. I called a 2 days ago and reset my password. And this morning, boom! No access to my account. I have to call again. If I wanted to call in and talk to someone every time I wanted to see if something cleared my account I wouldn’t have downloaded this app. I would just call and inconvenience everyone at the bank. Please fix this. It’s ridiculous that you have to call in and reset your password every time you want access to your account.

This app before the update was ok, now it’s just horrible, I try to log in and it doesn’t let me even though all of my info is correct, it’ll constantly refresh the same page asking for my info again after I confirm, fix this ASAP

Always having password issues.

The app works fine until it doesn’t, and when that happens you’re basically locked out until you call. They give some excuse about your password being resent (even if you use the Keychain, always update it, etc). It works for a few weeks and bam, locked out again. Considering switching to another credit union that has a more reliable user interface. Legitimately just want to check my balance. Can’t.
