The app logs you out too quick, you can’t even look away for a second Bill pay is getting slower and slower about getting checks out they need to mailed much faster

Useless app that can only check account balance

There are several claims this app has that are simply not true. You can only view your account balance and transactions. You cannot transfer your money to other accounts even if they are within the same bank, there are no bill pay options, Zelle is completely inaccessible, most buttons in the app just redirect to a page that tells you to call their number such as the report lost/stolen card button. The deposit check feature doesn’t work. The only real use this app has is the ability to lock your debit card. Most of the apps “features” either redirects you to a phone number or it just states the feature is unavailable. It has been like this for over 4 years so I don’t see it changing anytime soon. This app has made me completely change banks because it makes having an account with them pointless if I can’t even manage my money without going in person.

This App Blows 9624
I am continually logged out of my account for absolutely no reason, I have called customer support a million times just to access my account after having to have reset the password EVERY TIME I GET ON THE APP! It’s so frustrating not being able to access my information conveniently. It’s like the account information is just forgotten as soon as you get 1 good use of it.
This app gives me such a headache!!!

It’s so frustrating not being able to access my information conveniently. It’s like the account information is just forgotten as soon as you get 1 good use of it.
