Visit our website at www.clarionbank.com or www.flagshipcb.com and click on “Enroll Now” to get signed up today or visit any of our three branch locations to speak to a customer service representative. Bill Payment is limited to already established payees. New payees must be set up through Online banking before gaining access through CCCB/FCB Mobile Banking. There is NO FEE from CCCB/FCB to access or download our app, however, fees from your mobile service provider may apply.
