Terrible user experience

It is very difficult to register and the functionality of the app is terrible. The loading time is extremely long, and it only supports under 10MB of uploads. The app can not upload documents from the phone’s files— only photos. To upload pdf files, I had to upload it to Google Drive/Dropbox. After, it tuned out that the size of the file is too big. Thus, I had to go back to save my file to pictures and upload it to google drive because the app crashed and could not open my photos. With the help of a Seven11 clerk, it took over 25 minutes to print 7 pages.
