From the main screen you can change change your teams quickly and easily using the team selection dialog. Need a custom list of athletes? No problem, just press the Manage Athletes button and develop a list for a specific workout session.

We have been busy making Team Training faster, stronger, and better so that your team can do the same. There are numerous speed & stability improvements as well as a brand new interface revision. Download and take your athletes to the next level!

- we added deeper analytics in the history/numbers section for each exercise - fixed athlete selection bug - fixed scaled test not sticking

- In the exercise tips sidebar, we added a history section where you can see the results from every time you completed an exercise! - We also added stats in the sidebar so you can see how you compared to your teammates, for each exercise in the workout!

New: If you enable the 'Publish Workouts to Feed' feature for your team in your CoachHeroic Team Settings page, your team feed will get daily posts showing Workout Previews. New: In the Team Training app your athletes now have the option to auto-post their workout notes to the team feed. If they choose this option (via a slider in the Notes section of the workout), their workout notes will appear as replies to your Workout Preview in the feed. New: By popular demand, selected athletes are now listed alphabetically instead of in order of selection.
