Very nice overall, but the app has a slow response time.

The app looks very nice and upgraded from how it was before. I don’t care about the visual representation of the app and user interface as long as it works, but regardless, it was a super nice upgrade. My only complaint is how slow the app responds to actions done within the user interface. It doesn’t matter what I click on or where I want to go in the app. It just seems very slow when responding to my requests. However, I’m aware this is all still in the works and is being constantly updated. I’m also not picky about that as long as the app functions properly. I mainly wanted to let you know about that issue if anyone hasn’t mentioned it yet. Other than that, it’s all fantastic. Thanks for your time and hard work 🙏.

Dis-pickle
I’m a gamer. I buy games and sim racing accessories from companies outside of America. Every transaction is blocked and flagged as high risk. It becomes frustrating and makes me want to remove all my money from this bank and find a new one. Solutions I see fit would be to allow me to approve transactions from the app. Or notice my spending habits with these companies and do a one time verification with said company. I’m not calling the bank every time I want to spend money online.

The two biggest gripes I have concerning this app are:1. This app was designed to be used with cellphones, not tablets. I generally use my iPad to use this app and I usually have my iPad in a horizontal position on my desk so that I can view it like a desktop. Unfortunately, this app can only be used in a vertical position (not horizontal) which forces me to have to pick up my iPad and turn it vertically in my lap instead of having it on my desk. Why the software engineers of this app can’t figure out how to make the screen rotate in either direction is anybody’s guess.2. You cannot login to this app using your thumbprint or fingerprint but instead it forces you to type in your password every single time you want to login. The entire app seems a little slow, and this is only one more way of it slowing you down.

gone to two different branches on two different occasions to set up a change in my house payment both times filling out form signing them and nothing happened so I have gone to transferring on the website and that has worked, but I don't like the terminology of transferring it doesn't imply I'm making a payment.
