We have to use this app because our realtor sends us leads to look over and it’s okay. There are things that need to be changed, but it seams you’re not listening! Read the reviews on how to fix this app. I personally turned off ‘Background App Refresh’ and this fixed the most annoying part of your app. I’d love to talk about what needs to happen so you get 5-stars from everyone. —1. Price changes? Let me know what the original price was or a list of prices and reduction dates —2. Be able to copy the address to put it into maps. When you click on directions, you get directions from my location to unknown. —3. Better/more filters. List more then 100 for larger markets. —4. App reload upon return. You leave and then come back and lose everything you were just looking at. —5. Sort news feed —6. Be able to click on a star and remove it from your favorite and not have to click on the listing and then clicked ‘Saved’. —7. Fix the reload! —8. Fix the reload! This is so annoying! —9. This is a buyers app and buyers use it to find a house. How about some pricing matrix’s to get a good guesstimate on the value of the house. Integrate Collateral Analytics, CoreLogic®, Quantarium, Zestimates, etc. in the listing. This way, all of the info will be on one page and we won’t have to leave your app to get this from someone else. —10. Listings from your realtor are horizontal and the houses for sale are vertical. Make them the same (all verticals). —11. App consistency & flow. Your ‘Done’ button is on the wrong side. Everyone else’s are on the left, yours is on the right. —12. Images are great! Don’t change a thing. I love the description of the pic that, as far as I know, you are the only ones displaying them. Nice! Just move the ‘Done’ button. I gave you 2-stars, but I upped it to 3 after #12. —13. Optimize for iPad, please.

I have reported this numerous times to your company. And it seems that you fixed everything in the last update last week. Images on iPhone 12 Pro were tiny with tons of black space. They should be full width or height. You can’t zoom on them because it pops back to being tiny when you let go. It’s been a problem and makes your app completely unusable. But I submitted a bug report last month and things seem to be fixed with the update from last week. Then you did an update last night, and now everything is broken again. What happened? ALSO TO THE DEVS: At least 600 people have told you this app clears out search and forces you back to the home screen if you switch to another app. Despite countless people telling you this, you’ve written the same ridiculous response to all of them: did they return to the app from home screen icon, or switch to the app while it was still open. Every single one of us has switched while the app is still running and YES : it does this. Here’s my question for you: when you get a bug report, do you even bother to go check it? Do you have multiple different types of phones to run your tests on? Do you have multiple versions of the iPhone including the most recent? I cannot believe you receive so many of the same bug report, and instead of actually figuring out what’s wrong and trying to fix it, you write a silly carbon copy question over and over and over. I’m here to let you know that your app does this even while the app is still open in the background. All you have to do is actually run a test and you will see this yourself. This app is very helpful in finding homes for sale. It’s also easy to use. Im able to search for homes within my criteria and it will send me notifications, well it used to send notifications. Up until a few weeks ago, I would receive sound and badge notifications when a new listing was found in my search criteria or if one of my saved homes status changed. I’m no longer getting these notifications and I have not changed any of my settings on my phone. If I was still getting notifications, I would give this app a five star review.

I only use this app when I have an actual address to plug in because the app actually gives detailed information that Zillow does not give such as the real taxes (Zillow’s is a guesstimate), HOA fees (Zillow doesn’t give this information), etc. And I can read any legal documents about each property on FLEXMLS. BUT.......it is horrible for searching for properties. I get 277 properties in one search (with a sorting of high to low prices) but it only lets me see 100 of them. If I then do a sorting of low to high prices I will get 100 of the 277 from the opposite. However there is no way to see the 77 properties in the middle price range. Grrrr So, like I said, it has great detailed information but I keep it only for that. I do all of my searching on Zillow. Then use this app to get more info if I can plug in an actual address.
