I can’t thank CHOA enough for the superior care they give our children year after year. We were just discharged from CHOA Scottish Rite for our youngest daughter’s tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy. 10/10 service from the security staff to the doctors/ advanced practice practitioners and the tech and nurses that took care of us whole time we were there. Very attentive and caring/compassionate. The whole process was tracked on the children’s app from the time our daughter’s surgery started till discharge. Everything was documented and informative so we knew what was happening every step of the way. Very detailed. We love this hospital system and the services it offers for the children and the patients/ caregivers. The best of the best.

This app is extremely helpful as it consolidates everything into one location, including checkup schedules, visit summaries, and an informational library. I highly recommend it for anyone with a child who frequently visits the hospital, or for the child themselves once they reach an appropriate age. However, I must mention that I miss the indoor maps, which were a significant help to me and my mom.

My daughter has been a patient since 2021 cause of a car accident. She spent 10 months in Scottish Rite. Her progress has been so amazing. Now that she is aging out I’m so sad. I just want to thank the entire team. You all have done so great and proud to move on to her next level of progress. This is all because of the CHOA team… Love Love Love you❤️❤️❤️

It’s nice to have an app for our child’s healthcare, and ApplePay is available for bill payments. However, the app has issues: The app will frequently close out while I am trying to complete an e-check in or when I am trying to update information. Sometimes the billing information is difficult to find. Sometimes a doctor’s notes are inconveniently posted in various locations.
