I have only just started using this app but I can feel that it will already work very well. I am very insecure about my body and I never could find an app that starts out easy for beginners like me, but this app works perfectly. This app has workouts based on 3 certain areas and out of those 3 I am insecure about 2 of those areas so I’m glad I found this app.

Very convenient... when you finish a workout it makes you wanna keep it up and wanna do more. I've never felt motivated to do workouts... and you can do it anywhere w/o being disturbed and it's quick so...

The app is great overall and keeps minimum time which is good when you have no time. It is really helpful and fast, but my only complaint is that I wish you could change the gender of the virtual person.
